We are looking for a talented and highly motivated office manager to manage our office in Baghdad. As office manager your main tasks will be to compose formal and informal documents in Arabic and English including, but not limited to, letters to public and private institutions, existing and potential clients, partners and service providers, file physical and electronic documents, design and implement office policies by establishing company standards and procedures, review and analyse reports, identify trends and summarise information for management, schedule meetings, manage logistics and maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training talented employees.
Successful candidates must have excellent oral and written language skills in both Arabic and English (candidates must have TOEFL score within 80-120 on the IBT or 550-677 on the paper version), good knowledge of general office procedures (filing, correspondence in Arabic and English, scheduling etc.) and strong computer skills (proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email etc).
